Starter includes 1 Owner seat only. Growth includes 1 Owner + 1 user. Business includes 1 Owner + 2 users. Users can be agents or normal team members. Extra users are ₹750/user/month on Growth and Business plans. Enterprise seats are custom, agreed during your contract based on team size. Add or remove users anytime from the Billing page.

Each plan includes WhatsApp phone numbers (Starter: 0, Growth: 1, Business: 2, Enterprise: custom). You can assign different phone numbers to different chatbots, perfect for hotels, restaurants, or any business with multiple departments. Extra numbers cost ₹999/month each and can be purchased from Settings → Phone Number Routing.

Any unique phone number or email stored in your CRM counts as one contact. Inbound leads from WhatsApp, manual entries, and CSV imports all count toward your plan limit. Starter: 0 contacts (chat widget only), Growth: 1,000, Business: 5,000, Enterprise: custom allocation agreed per contract. Need more? Upgrade your plan or contact sales for a custom override.

New contacts will be blocked from being added until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Your existing contacts are never deleted. You can export and clean up old contacts, or upgrade to a higher tier for more capacity.

Upload PDFs or URLs as your chatbot's knowledge base. When users ask questions, the AI searches your documents and answers accurately, great for product manuals, FAQs, and policies. Available on Growth and Business plans. 1 credit per query.

No. Our UC credits cover our platform fee only. Meta charges a separate per-conversation fee based on the category (marketing, utility, service, authentication) and your country. These charges appear in your Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp Manager → Billing. We have zero markup on Meta's fees, so they bill you directly.
